FMPA's Board of Directors is responsible for making all final decisions for the projects of FMPA, except the All-Requirements Project.

The ARP Executive Committee independently governs and manages the business affairs of FMPA's largest power supply project, All-Requirements. The Committee has 13 locally appointed members; one from each member city the project serves.

The ARP Executive Committee meets to review November's ARP rate calculation.

The Bridging the Generation Gap training explores working with different generations of employees effectively and the varied attitudes and expectations of different generations.

Fundamental Supervisory Skills is a two-day workshop that consists of two modules: Managing People and Communicating with People.

This session will provide guidance for preparing, scheduling and conducting reviews to make the process simpler but far more powerful, useful and enjoyable for the manager and the employee.

The Interpersonal Supervisory Skills I seminar includes three modules: Getting Employee Commitment, Giving Orders & Instructions, and Delegating Effectively.

The Communicating Effectively with Utility Customers course uses group activities to help you learn and grow as a communicator in various situations.

The Buddy-to-Boss training emphasizes the skills needed for the supervisor when taking over an established team or department.

Why set goals?

This seminar includes three modules: Positive Reinforcement for Improved Performance, Assessing Employee Performance, and Using Positive Discipline.

Participants will build on the principles and techniques learned in Interpersonal Supervisory Skills I and II.
