Municipal Advisor Rule Under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010

FMPA has retained the firms of Dunlap & Associates, Inc., PFM Financial Advisors LLC and Swap Financial Group, LLC as its municipal advisors. FMPA is represented by and will rely on Dunlap & Associates and PFM, as managing financial advisor and co-financial advisor respectively, to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products, including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments. FMPA is represented by and will rely on Swap Financial Group, LLC to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning municipal financial products.

This certificate may be relied upon until March 31, 2019, or until updated on this site earlier.
