FMPA's Board of Directors is responsible for making all final decisions for the projects of FMPA, except the All-Requirements Project.

The ARP Executive Committee independently governs and manages the business affairs of FMPA's largest power supply project, All-Requirements. The Committee has 13 locally appointed members; one from each member city the project serves.

The ARP Executive Committee meets to review the previous month's ARP rate calculation.
