Senior Power Generation Mechanical Engineer

This position provides highly technical mechanical and industrial engineering design and project management work remotely and onsite to many types of power generation facilities located throughout Florida. The role will lead and manage project management and/or oversight, at power generation facilities for specific outage and efficiency improvement projects. The role also will involve modeling and design related to mechanical, thermodynamic, fluid, piping & structural engineering. The role may need to manage multiple overlapping projects and be required to develop scope for procurements or outsourcing. This position will assess and remediate equipment failures in an expedited and timely manner. The role could be required to support projects that may be driven by NERC compliance requirements. The position will assist with efficiency and reliability design and projects to enhance the reliability of the FMPA fleet.
