Power plants online and staff assisting electric utilities with power restoration

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 30, 2022 – FMPA’s Orlando office fared well in Hurricane Ian and will re-open Monday, Oct. 3. FMPA has been in contact with the Florida Municipal Electric Association, and essential operating personnel are assisting Florida’s public power communities with power restoration.
