FMPA Files Comments on EPA’s Proposed GHG Rule
Florida Municipal Power Agency (FMPA), along with the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC), filed comments on Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed greenhouse gas (GHG) rule for electric utilities. FMPA is urging EPA to consult with federal agencies, like the Department of Energy (DOE), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) to reconsider the unique potential effects of these rules for Florida specifically.
