The City of Tallahassee will host a Customer Operations Executive Roundtable in Tallahassee on Monday, January 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Each utility may designate one executive, leader, or head of Customer Operations to participate in this focused, peer-to-peer gathering. The roundtable will offer valuable opportunities for networking, discussion, and the exchange of best practices among Florida Public Power’s customer operations leaders. Lunch will be provided.

To add further value to the visit, the City of Tallahassee has also graciously invited roundtable attendees to its quarterly Technology Summit on Tuesday, January 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This event—also open only by special invitation—will feature a full day of sessions for city employees. Lunch will be provided.
