2025 Regional Safety Leadership Training – Lakeland

Effective Safety Culture Through Leadership Direction and Support

An opportunity for your whole organization to participate in a program that takes the safety dialogue to entirely new levels.  The facilitator has broken the sessions into four discussion areas:

  • Communicating Safety Across the Utility​
  • The Barometer – Gauge for Safety Programs and Tools​
  • Elements of an Effective Safety Program​
  • Leadership Commitment​

This program is intended for all levels of your organization from the craft worker to the director.  It is designed to provide foundational information that can fit into organizations of any size.

Who should attend?  EVERYONE. This program approaches your safety culture at a foundational level, providing participants with a common understanding and language upon which your program can thrive.

Pricing: FMPA has partnered with Leidos to deliver this pilot program to our members.  To encourage participation from all members, FMPA will provide this initial program at no cost to the participants.
