With legislation pending that affects all FMEA members, and with a significant financial impact, it is important for every utility to be represented at the Rally.

Government relations employees
Legal staff of public power utilities

FMEA requests participants to make appointments with legislators on Tuesday in advance of the Rally. Please not that legislative committees are not scheduled far in advance, so their staff may not want to schedule your appointment until a week or two prior.
